Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, appraisers from Brazos Central Appraisal District may be seen in your neighborhood conducting site inspections as required by law.
Appraisers will be wearing safety vests with “Brazos Central Appraisal District” across the back, they will be in vehicles with magnetic signs, have business cards and state issued TDLR licenses that can be shown upon request.
