Changes to Online Forms Portal

Brazos CAD is advising property owners that our Online Forms Portal has recently been updated by our software provider. This change, implemented on February 19, was mandatory due to the discontinuation of support for the previous platform and affects both the CAD and property owners.

Previously, property owners were required to maintain two separate accounts: one for the Online Forms Portal and another for the Taxpayer Appeals Portal. These systems have now been consolidated into a single platform called the Taxpayer Portal.

What This Means for You

  • If you only had an Online Forms Portal account:
You will need to create a new account in the Taxpayer Portal to:
    • Access previously filed exemption applications
    • Submit new applications
    • View appeals information
  • If you previously had a Taxpayer Appeals Portal login:
You should be able to access the new Taxpayer Portal using your existing username and password.

Once registered, the Taxpayer Portal will serve as a convenient, one-stop location for all related services under a single login.

You can access the Taxpayer Portal by clicking the “Online Forms” or “Appeals Portal” buttons at the top of our homepage. Both links will redirect you to the new Taxpayer Portal.

If you experience any issues accessing your account, please contact our office for assistance.
